About Us
We’re Crushvertise—a fast-growing team that builds and scales our own internal eCommerce brands, not client projects. Our current focus? High-traction DTC supplement brands like Bronze Bites and OptiStacks.
We’re data-driven, growth-obsessed, and serious about testing and scaling what works. That means fast feedback loops, autonomy, and high ownership.
We’re now hiring a Junior Tech Admin who’s hungry to dive into the backend of our Shopify stack, troubleshoot issues, implement automations, and make sure things run like a well-oiled machine.
Assist with the technical backend of our Shopify stores
Keep websites fast, optimized, and error-free
Troubleshoot bugs, integrations, and functionality issues (especially checkout flow, third-party app errors, product display issues, etc.)
Handle app setup and integrations (Klaviyo, ReCharge, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
Maintain product feeds, inventory syncs, and automation tools
Support the creative, marketing, and operations teams with technical needs
Collaborate with our CRO-Tech and creative team to implement improvements
Monitor analytics, scripts, and conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, AdBeacon, etc.)
Identify gaps in our tech stack and recommend smart solutions
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience supporting Shopify or similar eComm platforms (WooCommerce, BigCommerce)
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Klaviyo, GTM, GA4, MotionApp, ReCharge
Basic ability to read/edit HTML, CSS, and Liquid (JavaScript a plus but not required)
Someone who solves problems fast and never lets the same issue happen twice
Self-starter who thrives in a lean, no-handholding team
Bonus if you’ve worked in DTC, especially in the supplement or wellness space
Competitive pay: $600–$800/month depending on skill and results
Long-term, full-time remote role
Paid US holidays + PTO after 6 months
Growth path
Exposure to a fast-moving, high-growth DTC startup
Collaborative, zero-drama team culture
Work directly with our CEO, devs, and media buyer
Real impact on ROAS, CX, and scaling ops
Please send a Loom video showcasing your skills as a Tech Admin.
In the video, highlight:
The biggest technical issue you’ve encountered on an eComm store
How you fixed it (what tools or logic you used)
Any automations or integrations you’ve set up that saved time or improved performance
Anything else that shows off your ability to keep Shopify ops smooth, clean, and conversion-friendly
Also include your CV/resume and any links to past projects or stores you’ve worked on (if available).
We’ll review every Loom personally. If the fit is right, we will invite you to the next stage, which includes a short test task and an interview. Talk soon!
